The ham table included is made in wood, and metal fittings. It is ideal for cutting ham or shoulder, and provided with an adjustable head with fixing by screwes, which secures the piece at the tip.

Ingredients: Iberian Shoulder ham, salt.

Weight: 7 kg approximately per pack Ibericos La Encina.

Minimum curing process time: 24 months.

Store in a dry, cool place, ideally between 8-15ºC, away from sunlight.

The unpackaged ham must be hanging vertically to let it transpire; if this is not possible, keep it in its original package and clean it every three weeks.

Once open, keep in a fresh, dry place, and cut in slides only what it is going to be consumed.
